Peggy Baldwin receives an award for supporting education and people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Maryland. Peggy’s daughter, Patricia Baldwin, traveled with Sean Callahan to Lesotho to see CRS programming in 2024.

Archbishop William E. Lori bestowed honors from His Holiness Pope Leo XIV upon 21 members of the laity, clergy and religious of the Archdiocese of Baltimore for their service to the Church and community during Solemn Lauds (Morning Prayer) at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 12 at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Baltimore. Among those honored was Sean L. Callahan, president and CEO of Catholic Relief Services, who was named a Knight of the Order of St. Gregory the Great.
