CRS Rice Bowl photography shoot with a group of women from Ejido Hidalgo, a village near Matehuala, Mexico. They have created a cactus business with the help of Respuesta Alternative and a student group from University of Mexico, Vera Cruez. The students have made a sale to Walmart for Mother’s Day and the women are preparing the cacti for this sale.

Maria de lu Luz Lego Martinez runs a household without a husband, who went to the US. Of her 10 children, four have died, two live in the United States, and the other four live nearby.
