Youths members of “Jóvenes Constructores” (Youth Builders) program participate in a group activity at “Centro de Convivencia Pedro Pablo Castillo”, in San Salvador, El Salvador. CRS supports this program that works with at risk youth giving them workshops, seed capital to start their own business and connects them with employers. Eighty percent of the youths participating in Jovenes Constructores get a job or return to complete their studies.
