CRS runs iFormBuilder on mini iPads to register farmers for livelihood support. The support will include fairs for farming supplies and seeds, vouchers for tools, and "cash for assets," in this case buying fallen coconut trees for lumber that will be used for CRS' shelter work.

This is the first widespread rollout of iFormBuilder and ICT4D in the Typhoon Haiyan response. Volunteers administer the surveys in local communities.
